About me

As a certified coach, I support founders and leaders in developing their own leadership style and building great teams.

With a background in psychology, sociology and digital product design, I bring more than 14 years of leadership experience from a fast-growing global design and innovation studio (FJORD / Accenture). Leading international, interdisciplinary design and tech teams through complex, fast-changing environments taught me what ambitious teams need to stay clear, effective and creative.

That experience shapes how I coach today: with clarity, warmth, a systemic perspective and a deep understanding for the human side of growth.

My approach combines systemic coaching, positive psychology, leadership and team development and organisational design.

What matters to me in coaching is trust, openness and looking at things honestly – as the foundation for real growth. I also believe that humour and fun matter, especially when you want to achieve ambitious things together.

I'm an active contributor to the Inner Circle by Startup Snapshot, an international expert network for founder mental health and resilience, and part of the Cherry Ventures Coach Pool.

I coach in German and English.

Here's how you can work with me

In the 1:1 Founders Coaching Programme, I support you over the period of 3-4 months. We work on what's challenging you in regular 2-3 weeks intervals. The sessions last 90 minutes, fit well into your schedule and get you straight to your goal.

Chances are, you'll soon start experiencing things differently. Your energy is back. As a team, you are achieving more through flexible structures and clear roles. Things start to feel a lot simpler. You’ve developed ways to empower your leadership team and you feel confident in your role as a leader.
